The Whole Enchilada is an artist’s choice exhibit, featuring a family style display of local favorites. We’ve taken off our curator hats, so here’s the deal; you bring it, we hang it! Let's bring our local artists together and see what happens next. Come and represent your walk of life. Help us shed some light on underground culture for a tasty all-you-can-see visual experience!__________________________________________________________
ELIGIBILITY: The Whole Enchilada is open to all artists, of all ages, working in 2D & 3D mediums. Entrants under 18 years of age require parental consent. Entries must be original works completed within the last 3 years. Two dimensional work must be wired and ready to hang. Art without proper wiring or hanging hardware will not be displayed. Maximum size for 2D work is 36” in any direction. 3D works should not exceed 50 lbs, and take up no more than 30”x30” max floor space. Works must be able to fit through a standard exterior door. Artwork that requires special installation or hardware may require the artist to install. All artwork must be clearly labeled with artist’s name, contact information.
ENTRY: Artists may enter up to 2 artworks, which are to be delivered in person at art drop times noted below.
ART DROP: Drop off work at Art Hotel Collective, 1112 S. Akard, Dallas.
Don't worry if you missed the Early Bird Art Drop, which was last Saturday. There's still time to submit your work at our Procrastinators Art Drop: Saturday, May 11 from 1:00-3:00 pm.

(Option 1) OOPS! YOU MISSED EARLY BIRD? PLEASE SEE OPTION 2
Early Birds: $10 per piece (up to 2 pieces)
Entry fee may be paid when you drop your work off in person at the May 4 Early Bird deadline, or if you want to get the Early Bird entry fee price, but can’t drop your work off until May 11, you can still get the Early Bird savings by paying your entry fee online* by 3:00pm, Saturday, May 4. This is not a postmark date. Entry fee is non-refundable.

(Option 2) Procrastinators: $15 per piece (up to 2 pieces)
If you’re dropping artwork off at the May 11 Procrastinators art drop, your entry fee will be $15 per piece, paid when you drop off. (Unless you already paid the Early Bird fee in advance, and you’re just dropping off work on this date). Entry fee is non-refundable, and may be paid at time of art drop via cash, check, money order, or in advance via Paypal.

It is acceptable for another person to drop off your work, as long as you agree to allow them to sign the artist’s agreement on your behalf. We must be notified of this in advance. If you are under 18 years of age, you need parental consent. Please make sure your artwork is clearly labeled with your name, and contact info. Art Hotel Collective is not responsible for illegible or incorrect information provided on the artist’s agreement. Art Hotel Collective will take every precaution for safe handling and displaying of artwork, but assumes no responsibility. Artists are responsible for insuring their own work.
OPENING RECEPTION: Saturday, May 18, 6:00-9:00 pm at Art Hotel Collective. All participating artists are asked to attend the reception and to help promote the event to their friends and family. Art Hotel receptions are free and open to the public. Art will remain on display through mid-June. Art pick up date/time will be shared at art drop.
SALES: Art Hotel Collective will not take commission on art sales. Artists keeps all sales proceeds. Artist is responsible for handling their own sales transactions. Art Hotel Collective does not guarantee sale of artwork. Art Hotel Collective will not release artwork to any person without written authorization from the artist.
PRIVACY POLICY: Artist contract information (address, phone, etc) is only held for the purpose of contacting selected artists. Artist emails will be added to our future events announcement email list. Artists who do not wish to be on the email list may unsubscribe when they receive future announcements.
